Kristen is a dedicated food safety professional with 30 years of diversified experience, having held FSQA positions in regulatory, third-party auditing, and the food service industry. She has worked for some of the largest food service companies in the world, including Darden Restaurants and Compass Group. Recently, Kristen assisted a start-up ghost kitchen concept with building and implementing their food safety program and SOPs, all within a highly complex business model.
An area of particular interest to Kristen is developing and managing customized Food Safety Audit Programs, ensuring both regulatory compliance and alliance with the Company vision/mission. She has managed vendor relationships with several different premier and boutique Third Party Audit companies. Aside from protecting public health, Kristen’s greatest professional passion is helping brands maintain the reputation they have worked so hard to achieve.
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health, with a minor in Biology from Northern Illinois University, is HACCP certified, and is a Licensed Environmental Health Practitioner.
