When an employee is found performing a task wrong or working while sick, ActiveManager will automatically put this employee on a "Retrain Log" or a "Sick Log" respectively. If they are put on the "Retrain Log", they are sent a link for retraining. If they are put on the "Sick Log", you are alerted and asked to exclude them from work until they are fit to return.
ActiveManager's Risk Factor Mastery, or RFM, will show you at a glance how well you are doing in each of the top 5 risk factors in food safety. Each corrective action you receive will hinder your progress towards achieving 100% score in a given risk factor, while doing well in the risk factor will increase the score.
Using the ActiveManager app, you and your managers (using Manager Accounts) can take daily assessments to keep your restaurants in the full Active Managerial Control state. As this happens, you can completely review every assessment ever taken and dive deep into what your stores are doing wrong, as well as what they are doing right.
